CHERRY SOFTWARES LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates Fergana Hydromap (the “App”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

• Email address or phone number (only if you choose to create an account or enable backup)
• Backup encryption key (encrypted and never stored in plain text)

b. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not access, store, or transmit your authenticator codes/secrets
• We do not collect passwords, biometric data, or any sensitive account credentials
• The App works completely offline by design; secrets never leave your device unless you explicitly enable encrypted backup

c. Automatically Collected Data

• Device model, OS version, and App version (for troubleshooting and improvements)
• Anonymous usage statistics (crash reports, feature usage) – opt-out available in Settings
• IP address temporarily when using optional cloud backup/sync (encrypted end-to-end)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide core authentication functionality
• Enable optional encrypted cloud backup and cross-device sync
• Improve the App and fix bugs
• Send critical security updates (if you provide contact details)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data.

We may share:

• Encrypted backups with our secure cloud provider only if you enable the feature
• Anonymized analytics with trusted third-party services
• Information when legally required

4. Data Security

• Authenticator secrets are stored only on your device using system-protected storage
• Optional cloud backups are end-to-end encrypted; we cannot access them
• We follow industry best practices for security

5. Data Retention

• Local secrets remain on your device until you delete them
• Cloud backups are kept only while your account is active
• You can delete all data at any time from within the App

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Export or delete all your data anytime
• Disable analytics
• Revoke cloud backup access instantly

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13.

8. Changes to This Notice

We will notify you inside the App before material changes take effect.
